- Receiving call professionally
- Post ticket customers complaint to solving problem
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Work stand by in call center at weekend and public holiday
- Unlock customer during working stand by day
- Networking monitoring for core network, billing system and
- Other service if applicable.
- Male or Female, age 18-30 years old and above
- Bachelor Degree of Business, Sales & Marketing, IT or relevant qualification
- At least 06 months working experience in Call Center,
- Customer Service, sales and marketing, technical sales or any related field
- Strong knowledge of customer behavior
- Strong team work and friendly
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for sale and willing to work hard
- Good command of English & e-mail
