Responsibilities:

  • Receiving call professionally
  • Post ticket customers complaint to solving problem
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Work stand by in call center at weekend and public holiday
  • Unlock customer during working stand by day
  • Networking monitoring for core network, billing system and
  • Other service if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, age 18-30 years old and above
  • Bachelor Degree of Business, Sales & Marketing, IT or relevant qualification
  • At least 06 months working experience in Call Center,
  • Customer Service, sales and marketing, technical sales or any related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior
  • Strong team work and friendly
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for sale and willing to work hard
  • Good command of English & e-mail
