Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell the products and services (Internet, VoIP, and Solution etc) and look for potential customers in order to close sales

• Control and sell prepaid card (iTop and OTL)

• Commit to meet the sales target and KPI

• Advise customers on getting service upgrade or how to use best the services bought

• Describe and explain products and services to customer

• Prepare quotation for customer

• Provide sales service to customers

• Assist during promotional activities: manning road shows and exhibition shows.

Requirements :

• Male or Female, age 22-30 years old and above

• Bachelor Degree of Business, Sales & Marketing, Banking and Finance or related field.

• At least 01 year working experience in sales and marketing, technical sales or any related field

• Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sale and marketing

• Strong team work and friendly

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for sale and willing to work hard

• Good command of English, if can speak Chinese is plus

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), internet and e-mail.

• Site Survey ( OSP task)

• Able to assist customer by phone and site visit

• Manage VMware infrastructure (VMware server, vCenter)

• Familiar with Linux (Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE…)

• Mail server (Postfix, Dovecot and Mail Exchange)

• DNS (bind9 and over version)

Responsibilities :

• On phone, on site and remote support to customer mainly related to internet service

• Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company

• Provide recommendation and suggestion to customer

• Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment

• Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs.

• Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail)

• Keep track in ticket system

• Maintain customer relationship

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required.

• Technical knowledge and skills in setting up network and connectivity infrastructures and e-mail

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, DNS Networking, Cisco Router and Switch are advantage

• Certified CCNA is a plus

• Good English communication skills is a plus

Responsibilities :

Duty No. 1 Conduct of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Done yearly or as instructed

• Based on results of job performance evaluation and structured interviews, determines weak areas that may be satisfied by using training as an intervention;

• Prepares TNA Scheme and instruments;

• Gathers, tabulates, and evaluates data gathered;

• Compares present TNA results with those of the previous one conducted; and

• Prepares and submits TNA report.

Duty No. 2 Formulation of training design and materials development

• Determines participants and sets behavioral training objectives

• Develops course contents and determines the most appropriate methodologies to be used;

• Prepares detailed schedule and contacts possible resource persons;

• Proposes training budget;

• Submits training proposal for approval;

• Once approved, conducts library research for materials and references. Translates/adapts these to the level of the participants. Reproduce and package training kit, as required; and

• Notifies participants, contracts caterer and prepares schedule of participants' per diem for company-sponsored training.

Duty No. 3 Administration of in-house training programs

• Conducts pre-training orientation and task-detailing workshop (for dry-run and delineation of topics/responsibilities);

• Implements training course (for in-house);

• Documents and evaluates proceedings;

• Attends to training-related issues and concerns of the participants;

• Conducts regular evaluation sessions with staff and resource persons while training is in progress;

• Conducts post-training evaluation workshop; and

• Prepares and submits training completion report.

Requirements :

• Clear grasp and understanding of vision, mission, goals, objectives, policies and standard practices;

• Minimum of 3 years experiences as trainer/training in a development-oriented institution;

• Strong mentoring and communication skills (able to speak and write English);

• Curriculum and materials development;

• Bachelor in HRM and related field and or Master degree is preferred

• Strong leadership and motivational skills;

• Objectivity, sound judgement and problem-solving skills;

• Strong planning and organizing skills;
