2. Purchase calling time

Purchase 3tel Café prepaid cards through authorized retailers in Cambodia. 

3. Place calls

• Enter the PIN number printed on your prepaid card.
• After confirmation from the system, dial the number (Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number) you wish to call.
